That was just because the taxes were not that simple. The last time I saw that house was for sale, it was like $375,000. That's unbelievable. We go from 12,000 to that. But anyway, we're not good at buying it. I'm sure we're before us now. I couldn't even afford this house now. We bought it like 10 years ago. And the values on everything's gone up. I used to buy a breakfast for about $10, $1, more than $16. Coffee's $4 a cup. I'd tell you. It's tough out there. And this is going over $45, $50,000 and dead on college loans. And unless you're studying it, it's going to give you a really good job paying well. I don't know. And with 8, I come up with not. I don't know what's going on.
