I don't know how these young kids are young people who are going to do a Florida house. I was talking about that when we first got $64,000 you could do sweat equity of thousands. I think they did about $1,000 a house. Unbelievable. I think we were poor. Things were so cheap if you could get it by. The house in Beaverton knew it was about $4,000. In fact, $65,000 and the house table was $75,000 a month and that included that access. When we looked at it that 20 years later, the payment was $150 a month.
