We make a lot of ice cream. My life is a mad ice cream maker. And it's always interesting. And it's always different. I'm, you know, I'm obligated to taste it. And everybody loves it. So, and that's mostly because we have an ice cream maker, a quiescent ice cream maker and if the refrigeration is built in. So it really makes it simple. All you need is some fluid and you pour it in the sink and turn it on and 40 minutes later, you've got a big tub of creamy, frozen, whatever. So, fondant bars, but I'm dying to hear the definition.
