At the feed point you're going to have maximum current and minimum voltage. So if you go out farther out at the other end you're going to have, so that's going to be the minimum impedance. At the far end you have no current, you have zero current, and you have maximum voltage. So you've got a high impedance out at the far end. But that's just from basic ohms law. Roger that. And in between zero and that high impedance you're going to have variable impedance all along that antenna. So if you can find the point where you have your impedance right where you want it, like let's say it's 10 ohms for a vertical or something down at the base, and you want it to be 50 ohms, you just keep moving up the antenna.
