Hello Rebecca and everybody this is John W7 JSM. Well I have had a hectic week just for sure. It's been Monday and Tuesday and the hospital severely dehydrated and acute kidney malfunction I guess. Severe dehydration caused the malfunction but it was mainly caused because of a reaction I had to Monjarno which is a GLP1 if they gave me some time diabetics and my body didn't like that at all. It rejected it quite severely. Anyway I got cured from all that kind of and that came home late Tuesday afternoon and yesterday yeah yesterday morning I woke up and I had no strength in my left hand. I went to pour a cup of coffee and carry it in my left hand.
