I remember only July is a factor in into it. We get three months worth, but not three months of tracking on performance. Just July performance. And I wouldn't say I'm bad by stuff perfect, but all my marks are extremely high. So I'll get the max, whatever I can get. Yeah, well we don't get a bonus or anything. They just say, this is what it is. A preventative maintenance program, everything is timed, and we have to stay within the amount of numbers. They don't think it care less if the machines run right. They just watch your numbers good, so that they get their bonuses. So, you know, anyway. To me it's all meaningless, but it is what it is.
