They could be super sharp, super smart, but every place we go there's always something new to learn, new system, whatever it is. You got to listen to the older guys that have been there and they know what the problem is. They know how things run so over there and then we go that way, learn and then we apply what we know. But so I'm assuming that's what it's going to happen here. Do you want to let it? Yeah, that's kind of what I'm thinking too, you know. Yeah, I've voiced my concerns.
