deep fryer because I want to start making donuts. I want to make maple bars and apple fritters. You know, that'd be kind of cool. So I bought myself a deep fryer and then I started getting back into deep frying instead of using the air fryer. Food always tastes better when it's deep fried versus air fried. So in a ways I bought a bunch of chicken pieces and whatnot and I've been playing around with doing fried chicken. But then I got online and tried to look up a copycat KFC recipe fried chicken. No, don't even come close. Don't even come close. I scrapped that idea. So in a ways I bought myself. Now this is the name of the company apparently. It's called Louisiana Fish.
