Well, Ashley, I know that you know this, but I'm from South Louisiana, and I know exactly what you're talking about. And you know what? Just the seasoning, like either Louisiana, I think it's like a vice company or like Zataran seasoning, is really good with vegetables, like eggplant. If you put some of that on it and then fry it, you don't even know. Potatoes, boiling potatoes in like shrimp oil or crab oil. Come on. Anyway, that's exciting. Donuts, donuts, donuts, donuts. And yeah, you can do savory does too. Maybe you can do a little bit of like a maple bar with like fried chicken, kind of like a chicken apple. And you can do it in a waffle situation so much. It's infinite. There's more things to do with the fryer than there is for hammering.
