Now I just forgot what I was going to say. Oh yeah, the humidity has been very comfortable even though it's been warmer. And I noticed when I check or when I see temperatures flashed up on the screen a news time that you get about maybe two or three degrees warmer than we do up this way. Yeah, that's right. We have friends and poor towns and they've got to look at Penorama also, but they don't want to move down here because it gets too hot. Yeah, well, I don't put it into too hot area, but yeah. And on that same note, I think you get a little bit cooler than we do during the winter.
