A good afternoon Douglas. Hey Al-50G, getting an early start this morning because I've been up since 4.30 this morning and it's 9.30 right now. Let me just tell my little story first because I heard what I thought was a car door slamming and it sounded like it was right out in my parking area and I'm thinking, you know, 4.30 in the morning is somebody trying to steal my car and I got up and opened the door and then I hear yelling and all kinds of activity in the opposite direction from the door. And then I turn and look and I see flames and smoke. There was a fire going on next door and the flames were heading up like 10, 15 feet in the air. I'm thinking trees are burning. My gosh, I got better.
