Hello, Douglas and hello to all of my friends over there last good morning. Yes, K-0-K-O-N here in warming up Houston, Texas. It's currently 88 degrees. That's been the high temperature or something a little less even the last few days with a lot of rain and overcast skies. But it's going to warm up to 92 degrees currently, 88 at 31 Celsius. And let me reset. Well, let's see, HF, EHF. One spot has jumped back up a little bit from 26 yesterday. A little bit of a sightseeing, a long time. There's so much to do.
