Maybe that would have saved your avocados. Possibly, possibly. Certainly would dissuade critters from eating the leaves and so forth. The question is that it wouldn't quite work too well on some of the actual produce from the plant, unless you really thoroughly cleaned them when you picked them. My sister made a suggestion to me for my melons, and she said, put used pantyhose over all the fruit. Oh, well, does anybody wear pantyhose anymore? I have no idea. Unless you really didn't provide me a source of said pantyhose, so I kind of had to let the hell go.
