I suppose eventually I'll get it solved and we'll maybe get some things. We were able to get a few squash this summer and some cucumbers. And I never seem to have any problems growing jalapenos, and the animals don't seem to like that. I like those. I wonder why. Maybe you need to plant jalapeno plants or those little Thai chilies. They're little tiny green chili and they are wow hot. Plant those around the plants you want to keep and maybe death. That will keep the others good. The critters are way. I'm familiar with those little Thai chilies accidentally ate one or two of those one time. I think I saw Jesus coming.
