I'm going to have surgery next week, so I've got to get things done around here because I won't be able to move moms for a little while. I will pretty quick though because I'm quick on healing. If you're healing from anything, eat lots of protein. That's the secret. So I'm up my protein right now and the eat protein, eat lots of protein. I was trying to surprise you. Greek yogurt's got protein in it. So I'm going to be over-meating that. And Russell, it is good to hear you running the Nant. I'm glad you're joking.
