bands on down to around 1.2 to 1.5. There seems to be a hitch around the digital portion of the 40 meter band and I don't know why it shoots up over four but I still haven't sorted that out. So you're using a one wire horizontal long wire for your infrared long wire and then a vertical that ends up at the base. Does this vertical that ends up at the base of the tree or whatever is holding it up? Does it end up connected to a ground connection at that point? Do you have a ground stake in the ground there? No there isn't any ground stake but the vertical wire comes down from the transformer and it's probably 10 feet long and then I have a connection there to four.
