It's an order to begin with the exam session, testing session at 5 p.m. at the river's edge restaurant meeting commencing at 7 p.m. and the time in between testing and the start of the meeting is for eating some fine food and eyeball kusos. The 18 to 19 is the EQ worldwide VHF digital contest. The 18 to 19 is also the National Contest.
