Real quickly, I will give my, how am I doing report? I'm doing pretty good. It is a lovely 70 degrees out there. Supposed to be high of, yah, 87. I know you guys are going to like, what a win, but I don't like hot weather. What can I say? That's just the way I am. And let's see what feels like 76 or warmer than it actually is. My temperature will be up to around 90. So, yeah. Let's see.
