No well you know I grew up in the but you show mangos where the staples we used to eat and so if we got a mango that wasn't really ripe and so we peeled the mango and then we put a little salt and stuff on it and let it sit and then we pull out the flavor and then we mix it with something and eat it that way but you know what food is a little bit sour or whatever sure just make interesting use in addition for a flavor profile.
