we call surface-based storms, okay, and more CAPE. CAPE being convective, available potential energy. Any lightning that you could get, unfortunately, could lead to dry lightning storms, even though there's high moisture content in the upper levels. So what you need to happen is there needs to be more thunderstorm fuel and thunderstorms that are more surface-based and higher CAPE levels to bring wetting thunderstorms so that as the rain comes through the atmosphere, it moistens up the lower levels enough so that rain can reach the ground and you can get lightning with wet thunderstorms. That's not as serious as dry thunderstorms lightning there.
