The place that has great mac and cheese around here is that barbecue joint that we sometimes go to down in Old Town Auburn. They do a pretty mean side of mac and cheese. I recall that, and I agree with you. A lot about the consistency. The mac and cheese in Chile was more like a mac and cheese soup. I like it to be crispy, I appreciate it, yes. It would be a good way to put that. Let's see, we tried something different this morning. I tried something different this morning. I know you make great pancakes. We've talked about pancake recipes before. We had some bacon bits left over from dinner. And this morning I decided to mix the bacon bits in with the pancake mix, along with the lulipanilla and some other things that are put in there. I don't know if you've ever tried that before. It's probably not unique, probably not new, but I don't know if you've ever seen it.
