not used to humidity, so when we get humidity, it's very uncomfortable. Mac and cheese, you mentioned mac and cheese this morning. You know, mac and cheese is something that when you're young, you seem to really enjoy and eat a lot of. We stopped at Chili's and Turlock in the way home, Fresno on Sunday, and instead of having, oh, I forgot what the sides were with the meal that I had, the option was mac and cheese. And I got mac and cheese, and I'll tell you, it wasn't particularly good, it was really thick, and I couldn't even finish it. So, I guess I'm just not a mac and cheese fan anymore. You know, I've had some pretty horrendous mac and cheese myself, but then sometimes, you know, you run into that somebody who takes that extra effort and makes a mac and cheese casserole, and you know, layers on some cheese on top, and you just get that nice crust, and it's just the right consistency.
