on the bottom of it. Just kept pecking at it and now it's a wreck. So I got to talk to the contractor about putting in a new front door. I wonder what that's going to cost. I'll brace myself. But if they can get a new front door, that's part of the experience. I want to walk into the house through a nice, clean, easy to use front door that looks solid. I'm stepping on new floor. There'll be new paint everywhere. The smell will be gone, we hope. And that'll be good, but that front door is going to be one of those key indicators for somebody buying a house. You know, that's how you get inside. And there's not much to see when you're in there. I mean, there's a bathroom, two bedrooms, and one big, long room. But, you know, it might be, it would be a perfect starter house for somebody or, you know, somebody, just a couple, even together with our kids, even though there's a bedroom for kids.
