The other thing that in a meeting with the contractor today, it's so weird to work with contractors and there's actual contracts in their times and their down payments. I mean, it's just like, I haven't done business that way in 10 years. It's really, it's really cool. I really like it. One of the things I saw when we went up there is that the front door is torn up. And according to my son, he said, yeah, the chickens, they just pecked at it. And you know what, they almost got through the whole door.
