I was a young whopper snapper many years ago that Casey Watenhouse went down there to Wilmington. They were a tank company, a run tank truck that went down there to work on pieces of their equipment. I looked out there and there was a big old tanker, big old ship out there full of fuel. And we had rationing this day, whatever you could get fuel and rationing.
