There's very kind of guys too to do that kind of exercise, which is nothing wrong with that's what you want to do, that's fine. But there's also a lot of nice guys, a lot of all of them are nice, really. I haven't met anybody mean yet. But that's what my suggestion would be. When you're in the truck, there's a good buy from the resistant bands. You do resistance bands in the truck and stuff like that. And you don't have to do a lot. You get 30 minutes in a day doing that. Five or 10 minutes in the morning, five or 10 minutes in the afternoon, and five or 10 minutes in the night, you're doing something good. And as you know, us truckers, you don't use it, you lose it. Remember that saying?
