long finish so there may be residuals from the fireworks of last year or maybe it was the year before. Maybe people are banging it out and celebrating for Queen Victoria Day of 2017. Maybe it's leftovers from that. It's seconds and leftovers and probably they wanted to make sure they didn't blow any fingers off or anything like that. If it was the city of Ottawa probably last Wednesday Thursday, well they had some leftover fireworks from Canada Day and they chose the middle of the night. I get 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock in the morning right in the midst of the city to fire those off. Right when people were trying to clear debris and water from their basement because of a lot of places in Ottawa was flooded over.
