We got it off, make them put a new stud on the other side so you don't have a reoccurring situation, but it sounds like somebody did more than just kick it. It sounds like they used a hammer on it. Anyway, definitely a fun project. I've never done that too many times. I actually spread a spring to hold a valve on and the minute that valve got hot, or the engine got too hot, the exhaust valve literally dropped out of the spring and went through the head. Or not the head, but the piston. It's at the top of the piston line, so if it wasn't making that noise of not having a piston pump, you wouldn't even have noticed. Have a good day everybody.
