It was more I played live a bit and figured out pretty quick that I didn't like that. I actually don't want people to hear me. So, when I do play nowadays, I plug into a really small battery-powered amp, and hopefully no one hears me. Anyway, but yeah, sorry to hear that something fun got, or potentially fun got tied up with a bunch of not-good stuff. I hope you can get back into it someday. And you probably had Dennis Rondo when you were at the school.
