proper full-on structures that I designed myself. Actually, I won't say I designed them. Somebody was like, this is what I wanted to look like. You need to create the building plans. And then I would actually pass them across to, across the hall literally to the engineer who would quickly do the math and check if I had put headers in. They're the right size, stuff like that. And then on the permitting. And 99% of the time, it was all pretty straightforward. The most difficult part was separating cash from your wallet because an addition can cost you quite a bit of money held as a dollar for the permitting and stuff like that. And of course, you have to maybe draft or engineer and the engineer is very expensive. But yeah, that's fun. And actually, that's like the band plan I'm working on right now. It's just drafting. That's all it is. I'm just basically making a floor plan for where the spectrum gets stored in this part of the building here. Anyways, Ken and I, we just took care of our lawn. We edged it. We are done mowing our lawn. Yes, we've gone full hippie, I guess. And actually, I planted not.
