over and over again. And of course, the flip side of that is somebody who wasn't listening earlier doesn't know what it might be. So you can't win. No matter what. Anyway, you know, yeah, it might be hot in the south right now, but I sure love the weather both in the spring and in the fall. You know, when I lived in Wisconsin and we lived in Wisconsin, it'd be more accurate. We'd have maybe three months of nice weather and nine months of not so nice weather. Here's the opposite. We have typically up to three months in the spring and three more months in the fall. It's really, really good weather. So I'll take it. It's got back to you. We're in the returning. Yep. I agree with that. The fall and the spring and, you know, the heat, the humidity is what gets us not so much the heat part. But it's okay. Like you say, it's a trade off and typically it works.
