Fans are running out here if you hear those day and I just got through cutting a neighbor's yard. It's her backyard had kind of grown up and I keep this old gas mower. So I ran over it and not off working today and I go back tomorrow for a few days. So anyway Robbie raised in the house in the air conditioning with the dog but I've already walked him and good to hear John there and glad all his numbers and everything are good. I got to get my A1C down. I'm trying pretty hard to do that now and stay below that diabetic range. So this exercise should help. Back over to you Jay, KY4nB.
