Well, yeah, well, yeah, that's kind of like where we're having the picnic at Magnolia Park. There's so many big, big trees there, and right by the sound. And if there's any breeze or anything, Jane and I were talking about, you know, well, you know, what are we going to take and how we, you know, back there to just for the picnic. I just remember last year, a big boy was wearing sweaters. We weren't there last year, but two years ago, everybody was wearing sweaters because it was just so pleasantly cool in that park. So, yeah, there's always places like that. And that's always interesting when you can find them. And VHF propagation, yeah. It's a thing, you know, when you think of ducting and everything, that occasionally happens with that.
