My wife was originally from the Philippines. She's been a U.S. citizen for 20 some odd years now, and we met about 15 years ago, 14 years ago. And, you know, she has back there, and I had originally owned properly in the Yucatan, and, well, was going to be building a retirement or second home down there. And once I visited the Philippines, I just kind of fell in love with the area as well. And so, you know, it's kind of dual thing where I like a nice, warmer tropical weather and like a place where I have a shoveling snow, and my wife would probably like to be closer to some of her relatives in later years of life, means we don't have kids. So, you know, just kind of there are some things there, but then the other side of it is after COVID. During COVID, a lot of things changed.
