And as I think about it, seems like to me you would want it on the tower leg because if one tower rung gave way and you were attached to it, you'd be hurling earthwork. Whereas if you were on the tower leg and one rung gave way, you're only going to fall till the next rung. So, I'm assuming that's what that means or that's the common wisdom.
