And I was told by a friend of mine who works with the Department of Corrections that two thirds of the people taken up that jail are foreigners. So it just goes to say something right there. You know, a lot of people that are coming here from overseas or wherever. Apparently a good deal of the people in jail here or in lock up waiting trials are from Somalia. And not India or Russia or any of them other places, but apparently there's a high Somali population here. And they're committing a lot of crime. I mean, not saying all Somali people are criminals, but if two thirds of your prison population are foreigners and most of those are from Somalia, what conclusion can you come into?
