Yeah, part of the problem with this round is they made an emergency clause in there, because they made it, they couldn't run a referendum. If it was run as a referendum, the people wondering it could choose the ballot title, but because it's an initiative and not a referendum. The, uh, our state attorney general gets to take the ballot title.
