I'm going to be in the good. Oh yeah, that's my goal by fall being being able to ride and ride a fair distance. You know, I would like to do that. And so that's why I'm going to be in the bike every day. Well, every, you know, about almost every day now at the gym, same thing with the treadmill. I walk for 30 minutes on the treadmill every day with an incline now of not much 2%. And yesterday I just started back up on the stairs, which is a kind of like a treadmill but it stares that go upwards, you know. So you're actually climbing stairs. You're not just going up a couple and coming back down or anything like that. And I got real good at that. When I first got started with that, doxers, if I did that for a while, that would really strike me with my legs up for the surgery. So when I got started, I could do like maybe 20 steps. It was really something else.
