Yeah, I like running the long antennas. I've done that in high school too. I've got a hundred and two inch whip and even the spring, you know, the six inch spring. I'll put that on the cooper and it'll load, you know, I can get both down to 40 meters, you know, 20 meters easy. So yeah, it works pretty good. I like that 7100. As a matter of fact, I'm thickening it against the second one. The prices have dropped on them. So I'm tired of having to pull the one out using the car, you know, use inside. So it's about worth it to get a second one. So I'm thinking of doing that, especially since I have the antenna tuner, the AT-D.
