And that going into the shop today on a beautiful day really was good to have done because I got that done. And then on the way home I got stuck in the worst God awful traffic to me an hour and a half yet from Georgetown to Ballard. And where I met a couple of friends at the Secret Beach on next to the Elks Lodge down on Chilchol and Ballard. And it wasn't so secret there was a bunch of people there but and went cold water swimming for the first time in you know ever in Seattle. It's a real cold water and it was really white doable. I was surprised at my ability to stand it. And I stayed in the water a long time and I don't recommend this but it's a but it's really a dumb thing to do but you know I'm still alive and I've done a lot of dumb things. And I'm going to continue to do this one because it was so unbelievably.
