At the end of it, I was thinking about something we got done at the beginning of the day. I thought it was yesterday. I was so kind of had two days in one day today. It was so productive. It started out with Kim and I got everything I needed to produce and make some homemade mozzarella cheese. And we've been talking about it. I've been talking about it forever. Kim's been telling me I should do it. And so we finally got it, you have to follow the direction of carefully making it. But it's super easy and it really is good. Oh my goodness. It's like magic turning a gallon of milk into this softball sized piece of mozzarella is something. Then I went to the shop and brought two jobs I'm working on forward in their progress to a degree that I had not expected to be done in a few hours. So I'm just completely, I'm totally swamped with work right now.
