Gee, we're going to stick on it with pepper and some other seasoning. And then I got Cammy some rib, rib cut, rib lips, the rib of the heck they were called. And then some beachers back in cheese and some scallop potatoes. I got home, threw all those on the smoker, warmed them up, cooked them up, and yeah, I nailed that one. Oh my goodness, that was fantastic. And then you were just sitting here watching some good old television and getting ready for bed. While the meat was cooking, I was in the garage trying to prep for tomorrow. I don't know if I'll get the truck done tomorrow. I did buy myself an extra week because the client doesn't know the parts that have been delivered yet, so I'm okay there. But I might have to do some other work for another customer trying to get things in, so I got to actually watch my day.
