Well, I had opened up my logbook. I remember having a 10-meter QSO to the land out under Australia. And looking at the logbook, that was, it's November 2002. So quite a while ago, I did have a 10-meter QSO to Australia. I just did a QR set to the gentleman I spoke to, and he shows as being a silent key now. I've also worked in Japan. Somehow I think Australia is a little further away from Winnipeg than Japan, although I've never measured the distance. But I'd have to dig out, I'd have to go searching the log for that. And my wife just left my lunch on the table. So you can check in B for Yankee Yankee Lima. She's listing in the background. And most of her work has been 2 meters, so I'm not very far. With that, I'm going to say 73 back to neck control. V4GWN in Winnipeg. Alright, thanks Glenn. V4GWN and hello to your wife there, V4YYL. We checked you in as well. Thanks for joining us Glenn. Have a great lunch and another contact in Australia. First person to mention, Japan as well. Thanks for joining us. Next on the list, V7LWS. Larry, welcome to the net. Hello dear Chris and everybody listening on the net. Well I remember my first contact in the late 80s. And I just received my HF privileges. And I was on 20 meters and heard this station calling. And I replied and had a great conversation from a station in the morning. And then we proceeded to tease each for 5 or 10 minutes. Anyway, it was a great conversation. Good to hear everybody out there, 73. Thanks Larry. And Stony is an interesting place because of how much they've managed to digitize their whole society. I believe Shark RF is from there. If it isn't Shark RF, it's Microtech, or Microtech, the people who make internet equipment. But anyway, neat part of the world there. Thanks for joining us and sharing that story. Again, if the conditions are right, it doesn't take much power. You know, a pretty modest setup. We'll do the trick. Victor, Echo, Forge, Charlie, Alpha, you're up next. Welcome to the net.
