I'm not sure what you mean by ground radio, what are those? I just want to stuff my through together. Okay, you said the antenna was on a PVC pipe. If you could put some pieces of stiff wire or some type of metallic reflective material underneath, right at the base of the antenna where the coax connects. If it's about, oh, 19 inches or so for two meters, that might help you out quite a bit. I put some ground radios under mine and it just works fantastic.
