Okay, last one. I think we had this discussion offline, but I used to be more involved. I was the assistant to AEC for the city of Cornwall, but our CEMC seems to have gone missing. And we haven't heard from the new one. He hasn't heard from us. And so it's sort of interstate of flux right now, Lance. Back to you. Yeah, that happens a lot. I lost my CEMC from not Russell from nation. I didn't even know he'd gone. I didn't know where he went, and they didn't tell me who was replacing him. And it turns out that he went to work for a private company rather than the municipality. So yeah, things change. People move on and things we have to try and keep up with that as best we can.
