for GWN in Winnipeg. Now right now it's a little bit overcast, but it's supposed to get sunny today, and very little chance of rain. We've had a fair bit of rain the last little while. I haven't heard yet if it got up north where they needed for the fires. Anyways, Rosie and I are slowly getting ready. We've got a memorial service to attend this morning. Yesterday was National Peacekeepers Day in Canada. Something a lot of people aren't aware of. The reason the day was picked is 51 years ago yesterday, a Canadian Forces Buffalo aircraft with United Nations markings was shot down over Syria on a routine fight from Ismaili, Egypt to Damascus. All nine aboard were killed. That's, to date, that is the largest single day for loss of peacekeepers in the Canadian Forces. Hopefully that record is never ever broken. And in all, Canada has lost approximately 130 soldiers in peacekeeping missions. So that is the purpose of the memorial service today. And beyond that, not much more to add. And it looks like my coffee's ready, so I'm gonna say stand with me back to net and run to the kitchen and get my coffee. The 4GWN in Winnipeg.
