I usually let people know that dogs, pets in general, a good sense of character, but in this case, it doesn't work to your advantage, so I'm not gonna say that. But yeah, dogs sometimes can be anxious, you know, they have their packs, their group, and if you're not part of that group, then you're on the outside and they gotta protect the group from you. And I ran into a dog, well, yeah, I didn't run into the dog, the dog was inside the building and I came in and sat down. But it looked very much like Gabby's dog, the same coloring and everything, it was the same breed, and a real pretty dog, but she was sketchy, she didn't find me worthy of her attention, and I deserved the park or two. So nothing hurts more than being rejected by an animal, that's for sure. But with that, we'll go over to Darrell, and he did a pretty good impersonation to Darrell, let's see if he's up in Adam or if he's playing a game or what's up with him, but hopefully he'll be out there and he'll grace us with another go around. So I don't know what it is, but if I go into mom's house and the cat is there and I go near him at all, like even if I'm just passing by him within two feet, he'll hiss. And if I try to pet him, forget it, he'll claw my hand and try to bite me, and he's very, very dysfunctional when it comes to me, he doesn't like me at all. My parents went to Florida a couple of years ago, and I was in charge of feeding their cat. And every time I'd go up in that house and feed him, and then let him out, he was all purrs, he was friendly, you wouldn't believe it was the same cat. And then two of our parents were back from Florida, he was back to hissing at me again. Isn't that crazy? It's not that he doesn't like me, he liked me just fine when I was feeding him. But as far as touching him or petting him, forget it. Now I'm a type of person when it comes to a cat, especially if the cat knows me and just doesn't like me. I'll... Hey, I'm okay, let me reset. I go over, I'll pick him up, wait at random, and give him a cuddle. And sometimes they like that, sometimes they don't. My mom's cat, no, he doesn't like it. He'll kick off with his back paws and try to jump away. That's the kind of guy he is. But nice cat, nonetheless, and he's a nice-looking cat. You can't blame a cat for not liking everybody or liking people. Like, I have three cats, and one of them doesn't like anybody or any animal. Like, I've never seen an exception. When I was over at my daughter's house taking care of her dogs when they went to Disneyland, I got friendly with some of the dogs. And for the most part, they were wary of us. But we were there for three or four days taking care of them, feeding them, doing all the stuff we needed to do. And then I went back a couple weeks later, and it was all back to Mark, Mark, Mark. So just you're not part of the crew. You're part of the temporary crew. And as long as you're the only one there, they're not going to let in. But as soon as the head of the pack comes back into town, they have to go back to letting the head of the pack know that they're still in the head of the pack and that they're not going to have anything to do with you.
