Well, you get a hair radio license. You can pat yourself in the back, I think, because it's not easy. You really have to study. Even people that does electricity and all of the stuff still have to at least study a couple of weeks to have radio. So I would say my son and my nephew and any of my friends and relatives that want peace in mind because in 10 years, right now, a lot of us are not sitting in the effects of flooding. Only certain states are getting flooded. And tomatoes, hurricanes are coming up to certain places. So some people are pretty safe. But in 10 years, that's going to change. I think a lot of people migrate from the east to the west and vice versa. And everybody's going to go like to the middle of the United States because the west side is getting burnt off and drought is getting burned off.
