strikes. I left a shortwave receiver hooked up years ago and I had to collect running the shortwave receiver. They can I, it will be alright. And it was like two or three days later when I turned the shortwave receiver on and I didn't have no receive on the AM side. So I'm pretty sure it got a lightning strike. So I pretty abbot about not putting coax to the radio unless I'm using it. And when I'm done I normally unscrew it and take it off. Well I didn't do that the other day when field day was around. So I need to go out unscrew the coax, throw back in the jar until I get ready to work the HF rig. So I'm glad you asked this question Kevin because it reminded me that the coax is
