The storm could start blowing in and everything. So I disconnected the coax on the HF rig, threw it in the glass jar, and I was doing some other things in the shack. And I lightly strike hit, and it just lit the whole room up so bright for about 30 seconds. It was like a high powered light bulb just beaming in that jar. And I thought, oh my god, I couldn't, couldn't, that was just so unreal that, you know, especially when it lasted about 30 seconds. So I don't know how close the light need strike was, but it definitely would have affected the radio probably. Now I've only lost one radio because of the light need.
